After learning about workshop structure and dynamics, our Grade 12 Year 2 BTEC Music students led a workshop for the 5th Graders, where they perform a rendition of Shawn Mendes’ Stitches by the end of the session.
Our BTEC students had quite a bit to prepare for the workshop, as they learnt the importance of clear lesson objectives and engaging warm-up activities before being asked to research and plan for it. The workshop also had to fit with the Grade 5 current unit of inquiry.
Well done to our BTEC students for running such successful workshops!
