During the info session, parents learnt more about the 8-week challenge, as our Get Fit coordinator Jaye Puia helped them set their fitness goals and how to achieve them. Whatever the goals may be, whether it’d be getting in more steps, losing body fat or being able to do a triathlon, Jaye will help draft a fitness plan for that. Sharing the goals also makes it easier to be accountable and be on track.
